By far, my favorite assignment I’ve completed in class thus far has to be the word press assignment. In this assignment we were tasked with creating our own website using the WordPress application. We’ve had to use the tool several times now to create websites about our personal interests and also make pages about EIU and why we chose the school. WordPress allows you to create pages, post and other things while also giving you your own domain for a website.

Using this tool allowed me a glimpse into my future in order to see how to create a website for your own personal use. My ultimate goal is to create a facility for inner city youth to come to and get adequate training for sports. In order to build this facility i have to start from the ground up. i plan to start with just making a website detailing my goals and showing my journey through fitness to inspire others and learning about wordpress has helped increase my drive because i now know an avenue i can go down in order to create that website.
